New Wine Statement of Faith

Our Vision

Developing Christian lifestyles and ministries that meet the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the mountain communities and beyond.

We believe that:

1.) God is revealed through His Holy inspired Word, the Bible. ( II Timothy 3:16 )

2.)          There is only one God, revealed in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

             ( John 1:1-4; John 15:26; Colossians 1:16-17)

3.) God the father is the Creator and Judge of heaven and earth (Genesis 1:1)

   He hears and answers prayers and saves from sin through Jesus Christ, His Son.  (John 3:16)

4.) Jesus Christ, is God’s only begotten Son conceived by the Holy Spirit born of a virgin,
    crucified, risen and coming again. (Luke 1:26-35; Acts 1:9-11; II Corinthians. 5:21)

5.) The Holy Spirit is personal, He convicts the world of sin, indwells and empowers every believer and teaches and leads them in righteousness. He is active today and we believe in and expect the operation of His gifts. (John 16:8-15, Rom 8:11)

6.) All people are sinners by nature and choice and can only be regenerated by the grace of God.
(Romans 3:23-26)

7.) Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return to earth and that there is a literal heaven and hell.
(Matthew 24:27-31)
